Join our 2025 crew! We’re hiring seasonal, part-time, contract team members to help create enchanting glamping experiences throughout Washington state. The crew will help set up and take down glamping popup tents in people’s backyards and at events. Pay is $25/hour.

We are looking for people who are:

• Punctual, dependable and are always on time.
• Detail oriented and get things done (and done right).
• A good problem solver. Things go wrong – can you find a solution without getting visibly annoyed?
• Can lift and carry heavy items up to 50 pounds.
• Have availability, flexibility and own transportation. Most work happens on weekends.
• Have good social skills – interacting with our customers in a polite and cheerful way while setting up and breaking down glamping sites is an important part of the job. You will often be the face of the company.
• Based in or near Tacoma, Washington.
